William B. Walk, Jr.

Bill Walk teamed up with Robert Spence to create SpenceWalk, PLLC thereby bringing their 36 years of combined legal expertise to bear on a wide variety of legal issues facing clients in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, and across the tri-state area. Walk received an undergraduate degree in Engineering Technology with a concentration in Architecture.

Since beginning his law practice in 1989, he has focused primarily on civil litigation. He has represented numerous insurance companies, private companies and individuals in cases involving premises liability, products liability, automobile and general tort cases. Walk has spent a good deal of time on security issues and cases involving appropriate security in conjunction with premises owners. He has also handled cases involving negligence of architects, engineers and contractors. He has also litigated multiple cases involving contract disputes.

Recently, he has spent a good deal of his practice focusing on employment matters, including workers’ compensation and retaliatory discharge.
